PROVIDE FOR AN ACCURATE, CONSPICUOUS THERMOMETER, THAT IS ACCURATE WITHIN +/- 3°F, TO BE AVAILABLE IN ALL UNITS HOLDING POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS 750.140 NEXT INSPECTION
